A package for a friend, and drawings.

Today I made a package for my friend Jacquie who just moved to Ontario for University. We've been friends since we were five, despite the fact that she moved to Canada about ten years ago.

The package includes:
  • 1 CD Mixtape
  • 1 mini zine called "Pocket Encouragement for Jacquie"
  • 1 letter
  • 6 circle pouches of British tea
  • 2 pressed flowers
And believe it or not, I spent basically all day working on it/perfecting it!

I also did a few drawings since I was in a very inspired mood today. I drew so much that my hand actually hurts! I awoke this morning in kind of in a weird mood and physical disposition... bummin' as I call it. I think some days my serotonin levels drop a little bit causing me to fall back into those old dreary feelings. I don't know why it happens, but I've learned to deal with it. Luckily this doesn't usually last more than a few days unless it's the wintertime. Drawing really helps me.
